Model 1:
Worker Purchase & Direct Placement

Designed for contractors who want direct control over their workforce.
 

Our company recruits and imports the workers for the contractor, and after completing the
bureaucratic process, the workers are directly employed by the contractor. The contractor
is responsible for monitoring working hours at construction sites, processing payroll,
handling operational issues, and providing accommodation for the workers.

Model 2:
Worker Leasing ATT

Ideal for contractors who do not wish to hire foreign workers directly

 

The workers are employed by our company and integrated (leased) into projects according
to the contractor’s needs. The contractor pays a fixed monthly rate per worker and receives ready-to-work employees without having to manage payroll or social benefits. Our company monitors the workers' working hours and attendance at construction sites.

✔ Full responsibility for salaries, work visas, insurance, and social benefits
✔ Provision of accommodation and logistics services – housing, health insurance, subsidized
meals, and daily transportation to construction sites.
✔ Operational support to resolve any issues between workers and contractors during the
project.
✔ The workers remain employed by our company, while the contractor benefits from a skilled
and available workforce without being the direct employer.

Full Workforce Solution

Designed for contractors seeking a comprehensive workforce solution, including all auxiliary services related to workforce management

Our company provides the workforce along with all necessary operational services, allowing
the contractor to receive ready-to-work employees without the need for administrative
management.

✔ Employment of workers by our company and their integration into projects

✔ Organized accommodation for workers – housing solutions near construction sites.
✔ Management of regulatory processes – work visas, insurance, tax registration (NIF)
meals, and daily transportation to construction sites.
✔ Daily meals at construction sites (if required).
✔ Daily transportation services from the accommodation to the worksite and back (if required).
✔ Full administrative support – payroll management, worker attendance tracking, resolution of
operational issues between workers and contractors, handling work permits, and ensuring
social benefits

Flexible Workforce by Project

Designed for contractors with a temporary workforce need, depending on the project's duration and budget requirements. Ideal for short-term projects, seasonal workforce leasing, or variable contract arrangements.
